1. (b) The Haj quota is allocated among various States/ Union Territories pro rata on the basis of their respective muslim population based on 2001 census.

(ख) हज कोटे का आबंटन विभिन्न राज्यों/संघ राज्य-क्षेत्रों में 2001 की जनगणना के अनुसार उनकी संबंधित मुस्लिम जनसंख्या के आधार पर यथा आनुपातिक रूप से किया जाता है।

2. (b) The remaining districts will be allocated to the States on a pro-rata basis in proportion to the total number of districts in the State/UT.

(2) शेष जिलों को राज्य/संघ शासित प्रदेशों में जिलों की कुल संख्या के अनुपात में समानुपातिक आधार पर राज्यों को आवंटित किया जाएगा।

3. (b) & (c) The Haj quota is allocated among various States and Union Territories pro rata on the basis of their respective muslim population, based on 2001 census figures.

(ख) तथा (ग) विभिन्न राज्यों तथा संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों में 2011 की जनगणना के आंकड़ों के आधार पर उनकी मुस्लिम जनसंख्या के अनुपात के अनुसार हज कोटा आबंटित किया जाता है।

4. (d) & (e) The Hajj quota is allocated among various States and Union Territories pro rata on the basis of their respective Muslim population, based on 2001 census figures in a transparent manner by a computerized draw of lots.

(घ) एवं (ड़) विभिन्न राज्यों तथा संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों के बीच कंप्यूटरीकृत ड्रॉ के द्वारा पारदर्शी तरीके से 2001 की जनसंख्या के आधार पर यथानुपात हज कोटा आबंटन किया जाता है।

5. Subsequent to the completion of the ensuing auction and with the availability of auction determined price, the provisional price already charged will be adjusted with the auction determined price with effect from the date of liberalisation on pro-rata basis.

अगली नीलामी की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होने और नीलामी द्वारा निर्धारित होने वाले मूल्य की उपलब्धता के पश्चात, जो अनंतिम मूल्य पहले ही चार्ज किया जा चुका है, उसे उदारीकरण की तिथि से नीलामी द्वारा निर्धारित होने वाले मूल्य के साथ यथानुपात आधार पर समायोजित किया जाएगा।

6. * The above quota of 14800, allotted to the new PTOs, will be made available by effecting a cut on pro-rata basis from the quota of the 288 existing PTOs subject to the mandatory condition that no PTO receives less than 50 seats.

* नए प्राइवेट टूर ऑपरेटरों को आबंटित 14800 सीटों का उक्त कोटा विद्यमान 288 प्राइवेट टूर ऑपरेटरों के कोटा में यथानुपात आधार पर कटौती करके उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा और यह अनिवार्य शर्त होगी कि किसी भी प्राइवेट टूर ऑपरेटर को 50 से कम सीटें न मिलें ।
